my opinions on this and the comments belowremember there opinionsfor the church, it would definitly be easier with the polygonal lasso tool, and i prefer using magnetic lasso, in combination with the pen tool and masking

I'm personally a fan of the pen tool, but this is a very useful tutorial.

unfortunately i really dislike the extract tool. It is complicated and i think pen tool is better though.

gah when i go to my history .. there is no 'image size' just all the layer via copy things..ah well. great tutorial all the same.

pen tool is the easiest way to get this picture.. this illustration takes more time..
